The Technical Manager will ensure compliance with the highest industry standards. Responsibilities (To Include): Lead All third- and second-party audits.Maintain current food safety culture and driver continuous improvement programmes.Oversee quality management systems (QMS), HACCP, TACCP and all aspects of food safety.Ensure acceptable close out of all customer complaints & queries.Manage and maintain customer specifications.Represent the company's technical department during customer visits.Manage internal audits & corrective actions.Develop and lead a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence.Required Skills & Qualifications: Degree in Food Science, Food Technology or a related discipline.5+ years' experience in a senior quality or technical role within food manufacturingExperience in managing a teamProven success in maintaining BRC & Bord Bia certification.Strong communication and leadership skills to work collaboratively across teams.
