As a Bid & Estimating Administrator, you will work closely with the existing team to support a range of tasks. Your role will focus on assisting with, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
 * Provide administrative and coordination support to the estimating team throughout the tender and bidding process.
 * Assist with preparing, formatting, and proofreading tender documents and submissions.
 * Help gather and organise project information, drawings, and specifications for estimates.
 * Maintain accurate records, trackers, and databases to support estimating activities.
 * Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to obtain quotations and information.
 * Support in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and ensuring deadlines are met.
 * Contribute to the smooth running of the estimating function by carrying out delegated tasks as required.
 * Work closely with colleagues to learn and develop within the pre-construction/estimating environment.
