This individual must be comfortable working in a growing team and must be able to work in both residential and commercial environments.
Individual must be responsible and very well time managed. Individual will be on their their feet at all times during working hours therefore they must be someone who is physically fit, someone the team can rely on, respectful to all, and must show good timekeeping skills.
This individual should also be confident, and have good communication skills.
