About the Role
As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm and efficient welcome.
Responsibilities
Managing check-in and check-out processes
Handling reservations and guest inquiries
Providing exceptional customer serviceCoordinating with other departments to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends
Required Criteria
Right to work in Ireland
Good command of English language
Customer service experience
Desired Criteria
Proficient computer skills
Experience in a similar role
