Job Overview: As a pivotal member of our team, you will bridge the gap between financial model requirements and operational departments.
You will be responsible for developing and optimising residential development processes to ensure efficient production and high-quality output. You will work closely with Development, Construction, Finance, Sales and Closing teams to create and update time related process documentation, improve workflows, and implement best practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Programme Execution:Establish and maintain robust processes for key business activities spanning all stages of the development lifespan to ensure the successful execution of strategic programmes within the business.
* Delivery:Drive programme delivery on business objectives by coordinating multiple workstreams and ensuring alignment across various departments.
* Documentation / Reporting:Develop and maintain detailed process documentation including standard operating procedures (SOPs), programme dashboards, status reports, and key performance indicators to track progress and success.
* Risk and Optimisation Management:Identify and mitigating potential programme risks across projects and divisions. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
* Collaboration:Work with cross-functional teams, to ensure processes are aligned with business objectives.
* Training:Provide training and support to production staff on new and updated processes.
* Stakeholder Engagement:Engage and influence senior stakeholders and directors on the delivery of key milestones.
* Audit Implementation:Lead the implementation of audit processes within the business to ensure compliance and efficiency.
* Continuous Improvement:Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of best practices in planning and project delivery.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in related field such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* Proven experience in development planning or a similar role.
* Strong knowledge of development process.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Proficiency in documentation and software tools (e.g., ASTA, MS Project, and Excel).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills.
* Attention to detail and a commitment to quality essential.
