Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Ambassador to ensure the efficient daily operation of our sales office.
The ideal candidate will interact professionally with customers in person, by phone, or via email to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
* First point of contact for trade customers
* Build positive relationships with all customers
* Provide accurate pricing and deliver timely information to customers
* Liaise with external Sales Reps and Logistics officer to meet customer expectations
* Prioritize workload and work under pressure
