MEP Project Manager
The role of a MEP Project Manager is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of building services, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other essential services. Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of all building services including HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other critical systems.

- Conduct regular inspections and assessments of building services to identify and address any issues or potential problems.
- Manage and oversee a team of maintenance staff, ensuring they are properly trained and equipped to carry out their duties effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards pertaining to building services and facilities maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departmental managers to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal disruption to operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in building services management, preferably in a healthcare or similar regulated environment.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, and other building services.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team of maintenance staff.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
