The successful candidate will have strong experience in MSP environments, ideally working with small to medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and hands-on expertise in Azure, SonicWall firewalls, Office 365, Windows Server/Active Directory, Networking, and other relevant technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as L3 escalation for complex technical issues, freeing senior leadership to focus on strategy and growth
* Deliver client projects: Azure deployments, site-to-site VPNs, firewall configurations, Office 365 migrations, and hybrid cloud transitions
* Work directly with SMEs as their single technical point of contact, providing expert guidance and support
* Partner with sales and management on pre-sales and solution design, driving business growth and revenue
* Mentor L2 engineers and support their development, helping them to grow and succeed in their roles
