Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Assistant Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing professional project management services to aid the development of our department.
You will work on various projects with diverse client and site locations, ensuring dedicated client focus, effective communication, and delivering added value.
* Key responsibilities include preparing and managing project control documentation, establishing project governance, and ensuring timely completion within quality standards.
* You will also lead and manage specific projects, advise clients on options, and propose strategies for service delivery.
* Additional tasks include tender process completion, contract administration, organizing project team meetings, and liaising with design teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a degree in Project Management or be currently studying towards such while in employment.
You should also have excellent organisational, communication and time management skills, as well as being self-motivated and proactive.
* Computer literacy in MS Office, MS Project and AutoCAD is essential.
* Experience dealing competently with Clients, Design Teams & Contractors is also desirable.
* Able to lead single and multiple projects from consultation to completion.
* A strong sense of ownership and responsibility for tasks/projects.
