Service Desk Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Desk Administrator to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in ensuring that all preventative maintenance and logged reactive task work is assigned, carried out, and closed to achieve first time fix with the aim of ensuring the job is attended within the specified SLAs in line with business procedures.
Responsibilities:
* Assign, carry out, and close preventative maintenance and logged reactive task work
* Ensure that jobs are attended within the specified SLAs
* Work closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services
Requirements:
* Proven experience in a service desk or similar role
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
