Ideally, the candidate will have some basic procurement experience.The FM will oversee three direct reports: one office-based Facilities Administrator who supports RM and PPM activity, and two field-based Engineers (an Electrician and a General Operative).The estate consists of 18 retail stores and 18 warehouse locations across Ireland.The role is varied and includes responsibility for the following areas:Reactive Maintenance (RM) & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Ensuring all PPM is completed in line with statutory requirementsDeveloping and maintaining strong contractor relationships through SLA/KPI meetingsActing as an advisor on complex reactive maintenance issuesBuilding and maintaining positive internal stakeholder relationshipsLeading meetings on unresolved facility issues in a timely and professional mannerMonitoring energy consumption across the property portfolioContinuously improving and driving efficiencies and sustainability in facilities maintenanceProject Management of Facilities ProjectsAssisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and scheduleMonitoring and advising on project financesTracking project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proposing effective solutionsManaging project information flow between teams and departments through regular meetings and written communicationYOUR PROFILETeam Player– Able to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues at all levels across the business.
