Dublin, and reporting to the Head of Property,my clientis seeking anexperienced Facilities and Project Managerto join a growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development and long-term growth of the business in Ireland and beyond.The company offers an inclusive, positive, and fun working environment where colleagues support one another and high-performing people and teams are recognised and celebrated.In the FM role, there is substantial work to be done in supply chain management, developing strong relationships, and putting effective contracts in place. Ideally, the candidate will have some basic procurement experience.The FM will oversee three direct reports: one office-based Facilities Administrator who supports RM and PPM activity, and two field-based Engineers (an Electrician and a General Operative).The estate consists of 18 retail stores and 18 warehouse locations across Ireland.The role is varied and includes responsibility for the following areas:Reactive Maintenance (RM) & Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)Ensuring all PPM is completed in line with statutory requirementsDeveloping and maintaining strong contractor relationships through SLA/KPI meetingsActing as an advisor on complex reactive maintenance issuesBuilding and maintaining positive internal stakeholder relationshipsLeading meetings on unresolved facility issues in a timely and professional mannerMonitoring energy consumption across the property portfolioContinuously improving and driving efficiencies and sustainability in facilities maintenanceProject Management of Facilities ProjectsAssisting in the planning, execution, and delivery of projects within scope, budget, and scheduleMonitoring and advising on project financesTracking project progress, identifying risks or issues, and proposing effective solutionsManaging project information flow between teams and departments through regular meetings and written communicationYOUR PROFILETeam Player– Able to build rapport and maintain effective working relationships with suppliers and colleagues at all levels across the business.
