Job Title: Office Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our administrative team in Kilkenny. This is a busy role set in a fast-paced reception area, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-Time, Shift-Based (24/7 Availability) Temporary Month to Month contract

Key Responsibilities:

* Coordinate patient admissions, discharges, and ensure accurate documentation.
* Maintain electronic health records with strict confidentiality.
* Serve as the main contact for calls and information relay between clinical staff and families.
* Manage bed assignments and support scheduling for patient appointments and follow-ups.
* Provide administrative support, including office supplies, documentation, and assistance to clinical staff as needed.
* Support during critical incidents by providing essential documentation and coordination.

Requirements:

* Medical administration training preferred.
* Clerical experience in a healthcare setting; familiarity with electronic health record systems.
* Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
