Sous Chef
We are seeking a passionate and driven Sous Chef to join our kitchen team. As second-in-command, you will work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards, ensure smooth kitchen operations, and inspire a culture of consistency, creativity, and teamwork.

We are a very busy restaurant and our focus is on good quality food, locally sourced. We believe in a work life balance, no split shifts and consecutive days off. We make everything from scratch. We operate 5-6 days per week.
Responsibilities:
Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen management and service.
Lead the team in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring high standards of food quality and presentation.
Contribute to menu development and seasonal dish creation.
Oversee prep lists, stock control, ordering, and waste management.
Train, mentor, and motivate junior chefs.
Uphold food safety, hygiene, and health & safety compliance at all times.
Requirements
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal, leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
Flexibility and commitment to supporting the wider kitchen and FOH team.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: €32,000.00-€40,000.00 per year
