Job Overview
As a Program Director, you will lead project teams in the planning and execution of Large Electric Power (LEP) Solutions projects. Your primary goal will be to establish and manage relationships between the project team, dealers, and their customers.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide leadership to project teams executing all project activities related to fiscal reporting, engineering, procurement, purchasing, logistics, quality, EHSS, site technical assistance, and commissioning of LEP Solutions projects.
* Develop project schedules, project costing, and manage document control.
* Collaborate with dealers in managing customer change orders and facilitating project teams in making sound technical and commercial assessments and decisions.
* Develop risk identification and risk mitigation strategies, working jointly with team members and dealers on projects.
* Assist dealer project teams in developing and executing their project execution strategy, tactics, and transactional activities.
* Practice regular communications and reporting with team members, dealers, customers, and management.

Requirements
* Project Management - Level Extensive Experience: Ability to plan, organise, monitor, and control construction and/or industrial projects, ensuring efficient utilisation of technical and administrative resources to achieve project objectives.
* Relationship Management - Level Extensive Experience: Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels both inside and outside the department, together with a strong customer focus.
* Flexibility and Adaptability - Level Extensive Experience: Leverages prior experience as a help towards handling changing situations.
* Influencing - Level Working Knowledge: Develops basic persuasive arguments.
* Managing Multiple Priorities - Level Extensive Experience: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritising and time allocation.

Education
An accredited Engineering or Business Management degree or closely related technical qualification. For those with lesser qualifications, considerably more job-related experience.
Up to 50% travel to customer sites across EMEA.
