The Role
An opportunity has arisen for an Intermediate or Senior Project Quantity Surveyor to take ownership of the commercial delivery of projects from instruction through to final account. You will work closely with project teams to ensure strong financial control, commercial performance, and smooth project close-out.
Key Responsibilities
Commercial ManagementAdminister contracts and project documentation
Produce cost plans, budgets, and financial forecasts
Prepare interim valuations, manage variations, and monitor change control
Procurement & Financial AdministrationManage subcontractor procurement, packages, and payment processes
Track project expenditure, reconcile costs, and produce commercial reports
Finalise accounts, warranties, guarantees, and completion documentation
Liaise with clients, consultants, and supply chain partners to maintain commercial alignment
Team Contribution
Provide commercial guidance and support to site teams and senior leadership
Contribute to improving commercial processes and project performance
Candidate Requirements – Experience & Qualifications
Degree, HND, or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or a construction-related discipline
Experience administering contracts
RICS or CIOB membership desirable (support available if not yet achieved)
Skills & Profile
Strong commercial awareness with confident communication skills
Organised and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with project teams
Competent with Microsoft Word, Excel, and MS Project
Hybrid Working
Salary to €80K with extensive benefits package incl 10% pension 10% car allowance etc.
