Driving Client Success
To excel as our Client Services & Marketing Manager, you will create and implement a client-centric strategy that enhances our position as a leading relationship counselling and support service in Ireland.
Your Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership
o Develop and execute a unified marketing and client engagement plan. Serve as the key driver of client growth, experience, and satisfaction by monitoring and reporting on key metrics. Collaborate with the Director and senior team to align marketing activities with organisational goals.
2. Marketing Excellence
o Manage strategic marketing campaigns (in partnership with a digital marketing provider). Oversee website content and online presence. Enhance Accord's media profile and grow unprompted media references in relevant areas. Create or commission compelling content that communicates our value proposition to diverse audiences.
3. Client Experience Enhancement
o Boost uptake of our services across marriage preparation, counselling, and school-based programmes. Monitor and improve client satisfaction and service accessibility. Work with operational colleagues to reduce costs without compromising quality.
4. Culture and Community Building
o Support and coordinate with over 75 part-time counsellors, 100 facilitators, and 25 voluntary Centre Chairpersons and Priest Directors. Foster a collaborative culture among geographically distributed teams.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
o Leverage operational and financial data to inform decisions. Use qualitative and quantitative data to demonstrate impact and effectiveness. Track trends in service uptake, client satisfaction, and referral sources.
