We have an exciting opportunity for a Production Supervisor to join our busy team at our site in Monaghan.
Reporting to the Site Manager, this position will oversee a shift in the production area, working to ensure that our operations run smoothly and effectively across multiple shifts.
Working Hours Shifts This role will work on a 4 day rotating shift pattern which will include both morning and evening shift.
Monday - Saturday Morning Shift: 5am-3:15pm Evening Shift: 3:15pm-12:30pm Key Responsibilities Responsibilities associated with this role include, but are not limited to the following: Responsible for the production of high quality products that meet specifications and expectations of the customer and satisfy ROI/ UK / China regulations.

To ensure that the production process complies with all quality, cleaning and hygiene standards To partake in site meetings across all key functions, include Hygiene, HACCP and daily production meetings To ensure that production schedules are communicated to area leaders in a timely manner and to ensure that all product changeovers, start ups and shut downs are controlled to ensure that product specification is adhered to To monitor area environment and machinery, reporting any faults or maintenance required to the Maintenance Manager To monitor raw material handling ensuring that any and all products in Standard Care and High Care Packing is compliant with agreed specifications To ensure effective shift changeovers occur, clearly communicating any issues to the other shift supervisor Requirements Must have previous supervisory manufacturing experience in a high volume FMCG environment Excellent communication, people management and IT skills Knowledge of Movex Inventory Management System advantageous Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
