Chef de Partie – Mister S
Mister S focuses on cooking Ireland's best produce over a bespoke wood grill. Added to the Michelin Guide in 2022, consistently ranked in TripAdvisor's Top 10, and holding a 4.7 Google rating, brilliant cooking and a great customer experience are at the heart of what we do.
We are looking for a Chef de Partie to join our team as soon as possible. The applicant will have a fantastic platform to learn and develop into more senior positions over time.
New Opportunity: Prep-Focused Role
We are specifically seeking a Chef de Partie whose main responsibility will be working a dedicated prep shift. This shift runs from 08:00 to 16:00, typically amounting to a 35-hour work week with Sundays and Mondays guaranteed off.
This role is ideal for someone with:

* Solid kitchen experience and a passion for consistency
* An appreciation for structured routines and well-run mise en place
While primarily focused on prep, there will be occasional service shifts, especially as you settle into the team and grow within the role.
