**Community Support Specialist**

We are seeking a highly skilled Community Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in assisting our clients' communities and resolving inquiries efficiently and effectively.

Main Responsibilities:

* Assist clients' communities by responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and empathetic manner.
* Stay up-to-date on client products and community standards to provide accurate and informed support.
* Making well-balanced decisions and acting as an effective advocate for the community.
* Utilize strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills, and empathy to build trust with clients.
* Display a strong bias towards doing what is right and taking ownership of issues reported on the client's platform.
* Investigate and resolve user inquiries with high quality, speed, and accuracy.
* Use market-specific knowledge, signals, and insights to identify scalable solutions to improve community support.
* Analyze data to develop ways to enhance the overall user experience on the site.
* Enforce clients' Terms of Use by monitoring reports of abuse on the site.
* Review reported content within agreed turnaround times and maintain high standards of quality.
* Identify inefficiencies in workflows and suggest improvements.
* Recognize trends and patterns and escalate issues outside company policy to the global team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

* Show strong personal resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly adaptable and able to approach challenges positively.
* Makes sound decisions and solves problems effectively.
* Effective time management and prioritization skills.
* Able to work collaboratively as part of a team.
* Able to consistently meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on time.

Essential Competencies:

* Proficient in German and English.
* Cultural understanding of the market.
* Preferably experienced working in an office environment.
* Extremely reliable, consistent, and hard-working.
* Passionate about ensuring a positive, safe user experience.
* Flexible in working in a fast-paced environment with different projects.
* Able to learn new information quickly.
* Eligible to work in Ireland full-time.
