We are currently seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team. As a key role in advising customers on vehicle care and explaining the value of maintaining their vehicles according to BMW specifications, this position provides a link between our highly trained technicians and customers.
Responsibilities include acting as the first point of contact with customers, converting customer enquiries into service bookings, inspecting vehicles to accurately identify and verify customer needs, recording customer details, and clarifying payment options.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a professional phone manner, and a strong work ethic. Experience in the motor industry or a similar role with a premium brand is an advantage.
