Overview
This is a Commis Chef position in the Cold section at Big Mamma Group in Dublin. The role involves working in the kitchen, preparing cold dishes, antipasti and insalate, following recipes and directions from the kitchen management, and maintaining health and safety standards.
Responsibilities
* You will be part of a BIG MAMMA kitchen team.
* You will be working in the kitchen preparing our cold dishes, antipasti and insalate.
* You will follow the recipes and directions from the kitchen management.
* You will respect health & safety standards and maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
* You will spread magic and make our customers live the best moment of their day.
* You will embody Big Mamma values: have a warm, smiling, professional attitude towards the customers, help your colleagues during service and demonstrate a "problem solver" attitude.
Skills & Qualifications
* Big Smile and passion for Italian food.

* Previous experience working in the kitchen.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings.
