Your Job
* Act as the first point of contact for all members, handling queries in person, by phone, or email
* Ensure the smooth running of the club during opening hours
* Assist the Club Manager in marketing and upselling the club
* Carry out general cleaning duties
* Administer membership enquiries and complete the sale with the customer
* Adhere to all Health & Safety protocols
What You’ll Need
* Fluent English and excellent communication skills
* Flexibility in working hours (mornings, evenings, weekends)
* Pool/lifeguard certification and First Aid is essential
* NCEF qualification or the equivalent is essential
* Ability to work as part of a team and a desire to progress in your career
