Overview
I'm supporting a leading Irish insurance broker as they continue to grow their Personal Lines teams in both Letterkenny and Sligo.
They're looking to speak with people who are either
fully qualified (APA/CIP)
or
part-qualified
with one or two exams completed and a strong commitment to finishing the pathway.
If you have experience in Personal Lines and enjoy a mix of renewals, client service, and sales activity, this could be a great next step.
What you'll be doing
Managing renewals, MTAs, client queries and retention across Personal Lines
Cross-selling and up-selling where appropriate
Ensuring all documentation, compliance steps and system updates are completed accurately
Liaising with clients, insurers, and internal teams to deliver a high-quality service
Working collaboratively with colleagues across multiple departments
Supporting customers with a "first-time-right" mindset
What they're looking for
APA required (or nearly there)
or
CIP qualified
Experience in insurance, brokerage or insurer is
essential
Experience in a
fast-paced insurance environment
Strong communication, negotiation and customer-care skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
Comfortable working across multiple systems (knowledge of Relay is an advantage)
A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to adapt in a growing, digital-focused environment
