Your RoleAs the Customer Marketing Team lead your main responsibilities will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:Develop and manage above-the-line advertising and sponsorship activities to achieve our business goalsEffectively communicate value proposition and brand to customers, brokers, financial planners and employeesChampion the voice of the customer in marketing activitiesWork with data analytics team to define, gather, analyse customer data to assist in decision making, opportunity identification and evaluation of performance/potentialImplement and manage customer/distributor research and develop a strong customer insights libraryTranslating brand objectives and customer insights into compelling briefsSuccessfully engage with external creative agency partners to achieve campaign goalsWork within business budgets, demonstrating return on investment and value deliveredManage the NPS process so as to interpret feedback and insights with a view to making appropriate recommendationsYour Skills And ExperienceYour Skills and Experience will include:Proven ability to manage and execute strong advertising campaigns across all channelsRelevant third level marketing degree or qualificationAdvertising qualification an advantageMinimum of 3 to 4 years experience in a similar role in the financial services industryProven ability to manage and execute strong advertising campaigns across all channelsAbility to lead marketing projects and initiativesPeople management including coaching, feedback and performance managementStrong analytical and research skillsExcellent creative writing and communication skills and team collaborationExcellent relationship and stakeholder management skillsAdditional InformationPosition is Dublin-based.
