What Youll Be Doing Facility Operations: Oversee the smooth running of utilities, support equipment, lighting, and building systems to ensure minimal downtime and maximum efficiency. Preventative Maintenance: Develop and manage maintenance schedules for infrastructure and equipment, ensuring reliability and performance. Compliance Leadership: Ensure full adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulationslocal, national, and industry-specific. Vendor & Contractor Management: Source, negotiate, and manage service contracts for cleaning, security, waste, and maintenance. Budget Oversight: Prepare and manage the facilities budget, including forecasting for repairs, upgrades, and capital improvements. Project Delivery: Lead facility-related projects such as expansions, renovations, and equipment installationson time and within budget. Sustainability Focus: Identify and implement energy-saving and waste-reduction initiatives to support broader environmental goals. What You Bring A degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field (preferred). 5+ years of experience in facilities management, ideally in a manufacturing or industrial setting. Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and regulatory compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
