You will have the opportunity to be involved in aninnovative educational environment, working with a nice and easy-going team in the heart of Dublin. We believe in providing amazing support experience and always going the extramile in whatever we do and we are looking for passionate, motivated and hardworking Student Assistant to join our team.Your main role would be to support our students, answer their questions about thier educational path, as well as troubleshooting basic technical issues in a friendly and accurate manner.Main Responsibilities:Identify student needs and assist them with relevant information Provide help and support through different channels – including phone, email and social media Deal with students queries on a daily basis Troubleshooting and helping resolve issuesEssential Requirements:Bachelor's Degree High fluency in Italian (native speaker or equivalent level) Proficiency in English (B2/B1) Exceptional knowledge of the Italian higher education system Familiar with MS OfficeSoft Skills:Customer focus with the desire to help and put students first Excellent interpersonal and communication skills: ability to interface effectively with students, providing great customer service Ability to listen and handle issues in a friendly and professional manner Team player with ability to work in a collaborative and easy-going environmentWhat we offer:- Full-time, permanent position- Full-paid training (intensive, 1-month long)- Free weekends, 20-day paid vacations + paid days off on Italian public holidays- We are currenlty working from home in a hybrid scheme.At Fregolino Ltd. we celebrate diversity and promote equality and inclusion amongst our staff.
