The Opportunity This is a great opportunity for a detail-oriented finance professional to join a small, collaborative team within a purpose-driven organisation. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Finance Officer will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the finance function. Key Responsibilities Processing supplier invoices and managing payment runs Issuing invoices, credits, and refunds to customers Performing bank, credit card, and direct debit reconciliations Maintaining general ledgers and preparing month-end journals Validating employee expense claims Supporting the annual audit and statutory accounts preparation Managing the accounts mailbox and resolving queries promptly Requirements 24 years' experience in an accounts assistant or trainee accountant role Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office suite Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines Good communication skills fluent English required Bookkeeping/Accounting Technician or ACCA part-qualified is an advantage What's on Offer €40,000 €50,000 depending on experience Hybrid working model 35-hour working week Employer pension contribution up to 6% Employee Assistance Programme Support for ongoing professional development Interested?
