Primary responsibilities of the role are:
8. Handling inbound calls from new and existing customers, dealing with all enquiries in a professional manner
9. Welcoming all customers to the showroom and dealing with direct face to face sales
10. Inputting orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and that all orders are processed on time
11. Dealing with any sales queries, making sure that all issues are resolved efficiently
12. Generating business through outbound calls to new and existing customers as per defined targets
13. Identifying opportunities to upsell products and increase the order value from each customer
Competencies Required
14. Experience in a similar role
15. Customer focused with a passion for exceeding customer expectations
16. Target driven with a passion for sales
17. Strong communication skills both verbal and written
18. Ability to work well within a team as well as on own initiative
19. Work well under pressure and be able to multitask
20. Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively
21. Possess good computer skills and have experience with Microsoft Office and CRM
