* To monitor costs and cash flow, ensuring that all projects stay within budget.
* To advise on procurement, risk management, and change control.
* To review project performance, ensuring compliance with specifications and quality standards.
The role also involves mentoring junior surveyors by offering guidance and development opportunities. Additionally,
it entails managing client relationships to ensure high-quality service reporting.
