Establish a dynamic and supportive engineering infrastructure as a Facilities Engineer.
* Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of facility and utility support services.
* Maintain a state of permanent inspection readiness for the site, adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines.
* Contribute to continuous improvement through active participation in projects, system failure studies, and incident investigations.
* Develop and execute change control related to the Engineering function.
* Participate in Lean initiatives such as Gemba and Kaizen events.
* Bachelor's degree or higher in an Engineering, Science, or technical discipline.
* Lean Six Sigma methodology experience desirable.
* Demonstrated ability to deliver objectives with limited oversight.
* Experience within facilities and utilities support areas in a GMP manufacturing environment.
