Chef Position in a Fine Dining Restaurant
We are recruiting an experienced Chef de Partie to join our team of skilled chefs. The ideal candidate will gain invaluable experience working alongside the Sous and Head Chef, creating and cooking dishes to the highest standards for our fine dining restaurant.
Key requirements include:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
* Excellent knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices, including HACCP
* Flexibility and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Proven team worker with a positive attitude
* Ambition and a hard-working approach

We require references and expect candidates to have relevant qualifications and skills listed below:
