As part of our continued growth, we are seeking an Architectural Technologist with a strong technical skillset and a genuine interest in Passive House design and sustainable development to join our team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
The Role The successful candidate will be involved in projects from early design and planning stages through to detailed construction documentation and on-site delivery.
You will work closely with architects, engineers, energy consultants, and construction teams to ensure the successful delivery of environmentally responsible housing developments.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop design, planning, and construction-stage drawings Produce detailed technical and construction detailing packages Support planning applications and compliance with local authority requirements Coordinate design information with multidisciplinary consultants Contribute to the delivery of Passive House and low-energy housing schemes Ensure compliance with Irish Building Regulations, TGDs, and BCAR Assist with construction queries, technical reviews, and site coordination Maintain accurate project documentation and drawing control Requirements Degree or higher diploma in Architectural Technology or related discipline Minimum 3 years' experience in architectural or multidisciplinary practice Good understanding of Irish planning and building control processes Proficiency in (Revit /ArchiCad /BIM experience an advantage) Experience producing high-quality construction details Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team Full clean driving licence What We Offer Opportunity to work on leading-edge sustainable housing projects Career progression within a growing renewable and sustainable development group Supportive, multidisciplinary working environment Competitive salary and benefits package Contribution to projects with real environmental and social impact
