Exceptional candidates are invited to apply for the position which will have the following duties:To uphold the exacting standards of service that help distinguish our productTo run a section within the restaurant, assisting the other waiters working alongside youBe responsible for upselling dishes and beverages in a professional mannerSuccessful candidates will have the following:1 years experience in a fine dining settingAn interest in food and wine with good knowledge of sameA get-up-and-go attitude, with self discipline and good timekeepingAn eagerness to constantly push standards in the restaurant for the betterThe restaurant operates on a 4-day work week, and full and part-time positions can be discussed with competitive remuneration. Flexibility including weekends, lunch shifts and evening shifts is required.
