Product Inspector ( Day Shift) – Medical Devices
Caragh Precision is currently recruiting for a Product Inspector for our company based in Parkmore Business Park, Co. Galway. We are currently hiring for Day Shift position (Monday - Thursday 7.00am - 4.00pm and Friday 7.00am -12.00pm)
Requirements:
* Accuracy and good attention to detail.
* Good level of written and spoken English.
* Ability to work well individually and as part of a team.
* Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
General Function
Reporting to the cell lead/supervisor, the product Inspector will perform quality inspection, sampling and quality control testing against approved specifications on incoming, in process and finished products.
Main Duties
* Ensuring all incoming materials, packaging components and returned goods are sampled, inspected, labelled and tested (where applicable) for determining compliance with established specifications and COC.
* Completion of associated documentation and records.
* Using testing and measuring equipment to conduct inspections.
* Participates in daily production and achieving daily/weekly targets.
* Following procedures and carrying out visual inspections on specialised products to make sure correct specifications are followed.
* Maintaining high attention to detail at all times.
* Adhere to Company policies and ensuring health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
