About the Role
As an Assistant Manager at Boots ત્યારે you’ll lead, inspire, and support your team to deliver an exemplary customer journey. You will work closely with the Store Manager to create and implement the commercial plan that drives business growth and fosters continual improvement.
Every day involves a range of responsibilities: customer service, store operations, and a variety of clinical activities—including patient pre‑screening, dispensing, accuracy checks and more. You’ll manage a team of varied experience and clinical knowledge, helping them develop skills and shape their future careers. Management tasks include creating and maintaining rosters, completing return‑to‑work reviews and performance management.

What You’ll Need to Have
GOC Registered
Experience working in a customer‑facing role
Desire to learn and grow
Ability to lead or coach a team
It would be great if you also have
Experience working in a clinical environment
