Airport Staff are currently looking for general operatives to join our client based in Little Island, Cork. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will work independently and collaboratively to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all warehouse activities. You'll provide timely, accurate, and high-quality support to meet customer needs while representing the company positively and maintaining strong working relationships with colleagues and other departments. Key Responsibilities: Perform order picking, stock control, and general warehouse duties. Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality and accuracy. Verify that all picks are 100% accurate prior to dispatch. Ensure all customer orders are processed efficiently and delivered on time. Provide excellent customer service to achieve complete customer satisfaction. Complete and maintain all required paperwork accurately and on time. Label products, and load/unload trucks as required. Maintain flexibility and adaptability to meet changing business demands. Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by your manager. Requirements: Previous warehouse or logistics experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work on your own initiative and manage time effectively. Flexibility to adapt to operational needs.
