Job Title: Field Service Engineer - Medical Sector
Reports to: Service Manager

The Role:
* This is a Field Service Engineer role, planned and reactive maintenance, along with installations of new equipment.
* Trained on vital medical capital equipment, carrying out electro-mechanical works, along with IT and networking of devices.
* Covering the whole of Ireland, however most of the work for this role will be in the Midlands and South of Ireland.
* Home based, travelling out to sites throughout the country, some overnight stays to make your use of time more effective.
* Working within Public and Private Healthcare facilities, engaging with on-site clinical and engineering staff.
* Installing and maintaining various medical capital equipment, covering a range of specialist treatment and therapy areas.
* Full initial training will be provided with ongoing career development!
The Package:
* Competitive Salary up to €50k basic
* Company Vehicle
* 23 Days Holidays plus bank
* Average of 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday) with flexibility required due to healthcare customers
The Ideal Person:
* It is essential that you have some experience of working on medical equipment that includes electrical, electronics and mechanical elements.
* Anyone with a Field Service Engineer in the medical sector could be considered for this role, as long as you have the electro-mechanical maintenance experience!
* It is vital that you've got a good attitude and customer facing experience, from any role, as this is an essential part of the role.
* A strong understanding of IT networking of equipment is highly advantageous to any application, but not essential as training will be provided.
* Applications must live in Midlands areas of Ireland; somewhere in or around Tipperary, Limerick, Kilkenny or the Nenagh areas.
* Full Driving Licence is essential.
* Right to work in the Ireland is essential – no sponsorship available (sorry).
