We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our busy and friendly team, based in Dublin 2.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Complete digital dictation and other typing tasks accurately and efficiently
Maintain and update the firm's case management system with relevant information and documentation
Prepare briefs for counsel and court booklets for trials and motions
Perform general administrative duties including filing, photocopying and scanning of documents
Answer incoming telephone calls, take messages and liaise with clients on behalf of solicitors
Additional Duties (as required):
Operate the main Switchboard: Answer and direct calls, take messages and assist callers professionally
Order stationery and copier supplies, including toner
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Experience working in a law firm
Litigation experience is desirable
Excellent written, verbal and numeracy skills with ability to work on own initiative
Strong IT skills to include Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (Keyhouse)
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
