A well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced Full-Time Conveyancing Secretary to join a busy conveyancing team in Dublin. This is a fully on-site role.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing full secretarial and administrative support on residential conveyancing files
* Preparing and processing conveyancing documentation
* Managing files from instruction to completion
* Liaising professionally with clients, solicitors, financial institutions, and other third parties
* Maintaining files in accordance with office procedures
Requirements
* Previous experience in conveyancing is essential
* Strong knowledge of conveyancing procedures and documentation
* Excellent organisational and time-management skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
* Professional and courteous manner when dealing with clients
* Full-time, permanent role
