As part of our continued expansion, we are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Trainer / Facilitator on an associate / sub-contractor basis.
The ideal candidate:
* Experience working in this field ideal but not essential
* Does need to have an aptitude for engaging and influencing people (groups) and an interest in people development
* Must feel comfortable working with groups
* Must have in 5 years industry experience at a management level
* Must have direct people management experience
* Must be available to run workshops, in person, on client sites, as required
* Must have a primary degree
(will consider diploma level if relevant)
* Can show evidence of engagement in Continuing Professional Development on an ongoing basis
* Will be at an advantage if the person has training, coaching, facilitation or any other relevant further qualifications and experience facilitating groups and/or coaching
This role is on a sub-contractor / associate basis (part time only).
Our training, facilitation and coaching is both in person and online. The suitable candidate must be available to provide workshops on client sites and must have a car license and own a car.
