Job Title: Mechanical Project Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Project Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering campus improvement projects from inception to completion, including technical design, project management, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage small to medium refurbishment, maintenance, or improvement projects
* Provide technical design input, including feasibility studies and specifications
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, service providers, and external contractors
* Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates
* Ensure adherence to health and safety legislation
* Support funding submissions and reporting procedures
Requirements:
* Degree in mechanical engineering or related field
* Experience managing small to medium projects
* Proficiency in design development and technical documentation
* Proven contractor management and cost control experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
