Due to continued success, they are looking to further strengthen their team with an experienced Site Manager in Dublin.Responsibilities* On-Site Project Leadership: Oversee day-to-day operations on residential construction sites, ensuring works are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the required quality standards.* Subcontractor Coordination: Manage and coordinate subcontractors, ensuring clear communication of tasks, programme expectations, and site procedures while monitoring performance and productivity.* Health, Safety & Compliance: Enforce strict health and safety protocols, conduct site inspections, maintain statutory records, and ensure full compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.* Quality Control & Progress Monitoring: Monitor the quality of workmanship, review drawings and specifications, resolve site issues, and ensure all work meets design intent and client requirements.
xsokbrc* Site Logistics & Reporting: Plan and manage site logistics, materials delivery, and sequencing of works; prepare daily/weekly progress reports, communicate site updates to the project management team, and support programme delivery.RequirementsMust have 10+ years in a similar role preferably on Residential projectsSuccessful candidate must have a solid Residential backgroundMust be based within a commutable distance of DublinBenefits
