Job Description:Are you a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual with a flair for fashion and a passion for storytelling? Thomp2 Socks is looking for Seasonal Retail Sales Assistants to join our team at Jervis Shopping Centre in Dublin. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while sharing the inspiring story behind Thomp2 Socks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.
* Provide product information, brand history, and the compelling story behind Thomp2 Socks to customers.
* Offer expert advice and recommendations to help customers find the perfect pair of socks.
* Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards to showcase Thomp2 Socks effectively.
* Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
* Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges in a professional manner.
* Ensure the stand is clean, organised, and well-stocked.
* Embrace the festive spirit and create a joyful shopping atmosphere for customers during the Christmas season.
Qualifications:
* Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
* Ability to work in a team and under pressure during busy holiday periods.
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
* English (Fluent)
