Change Manager – EHR Digital Hospital ProgrammeLocation:Dublin (Hybrid, with increased on-site presence approaching go-live)Contract:£450 - £500 a dayWe're on the hunt for an experienced Change Manager to work at a new state-of-the-art Digital Hospital which is implementing a fully integrated Electronic Health Record (EHR) and smart hospital infrastructure. The programme requires an experienced Change Manager to support organisational change, readiness activities, and transformation delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesReview existing change and transformation practices across the programme.Lead new and ongoing change initiatives supporting EHR and digital hospital readiness.Deliver engagement activities including workshops, communication sessions, and readiness events.Work across multi-disciplinary teams to ensure adoption and alignment.Required Experience7+ years' healthcare change management experience, ideally within large clinical transformation programmes.Strong experience with Epic EHR implementations; Epic accreditation desirable.Ability to work independently and in complex programme environments.Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.Hybrid working availability, with flexibility for increased on-site time.If you have experience of working as a Change Manager and have a background in Healthcare Change Management then please send your CV asap.We are looking for this person to start in January 2026
