Monitoring and Mitigation Specialist Job Opportunity
The EMEA Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) is part of a global structure with standardized processes and systems. Our team has specific responsibility for:
(1)Active Monitoring: We track security operations status, security alarms, and global events that could impact personnel, assets, or reputation.
(2)Timely Response: We respond to incidents, escalate when necessary, and document all events thoroughly.
(3)Site Administration Support: We assist daily business needs for sites under our care.

We ensure 24/7 monitoring of physical risks affecting people and assets by identifying potential threats early on. This role involves working as an Operator in the GSOC in Dublin.
Main Responsibilities Include:
- Personnel Management Apart from supervising team recruitment & scheduling you will be responsible for performance evaluation & management employee relations – absenteeism disciplinary actions turnover - Staff onboarding training drilling quality inspection shift rostering developing SOPs operation management- Provide regular adhoc reports per client requirements– Lead process optimization identify problems/solutions submit improvement plans regularly liaise clients issues resolved timely manner ensuring alignment overall vision strategy– Step into support GSOC operations when required
