A leading tech consultancy working with a financial services organisation is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer to join a high-performing Data & Integration Platform team responsible for delivering and scaling enterprise integrations across a complex technology landscape.
This is an opportunity to work on a modern Azure-native integration platform supporting over 40 connected systems through an AI-assisted integration factory model. The role offers significant ownership and autonomy, requiring someone who can take integration requirements from concept through to production whilst leveraging modern AI tooling to accelerate delivery, improve quality, and drive consistency.
The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and delivering reusable integration components, building Python-based system wrappers, and helping evolve an established integration factory operating at scale.

What You Need
5+ years' hands-on integration engineering experience in enterprise environments
Strong experience building and delivering Azure Function Apps using Python
Extensive experience with Azure Logic Apps Standard
Deep knowledge of Azure API Management including policy development, authentication, versioning, and security controls
Experience designing and supporting event-driven architectures using Azure Service Bus
Strong Python development skills with a focus on clean, maintainable, production-quality code
Experience creating automated test suites and working with CI/CD pipelines
Proven background building reusable integration frameworks, adapters, or integration factory patterns
Experience working with Infrastructure as Code, ideally Bicep
Active use of AI-assisted development tools such as LLMs, code generation platforms, or automation tooling within software delivery workflows
Ability to independently own workstreams from requirements through to production deployment
Experience working within Agile delivery teams and collaborating with architects, QA teams, and business stakeholders
Development of reusable system wrapper libraries for third-party platforms
Snowflake experience and data integration patterns
Financial services or fund administration sector experience
Canonical data modelling and enterprise integration design patterns
Experience operating within large-scale enterprise integration programmes
