Together, we deliver highly customized solutions that meet customers' most sophisticated needs.Job RequirementsResponsibilitiesMaintain a current estimating database including building up ratesPreparation of Capital cost estimates including detailed take-offs.Preparing tender documentation including Bills of QuantitiesEvaluating and negotiating of tenders receivedAssist in the commercial management of contracts and their profitabilityAssist with monthly evaluations and cost reportingComplying and maintain variation logsAssist in construction disputes which may ariseAgreement of final accountsGeneral contract administration dutiesPlanning and performing other duties and project as assignedQualifications & ExperienceDegree qualification in Quantity Surveying or similar record of experience3-7 years demonstrated QS experience/ Cost Management/ Estimating experiencePrevious contracting or PQS experience or ContractorChartered Surveyor or interest in working towards Chartership (Desirable)Good IT skills including use of estimating software (Advantageous)Motivated with ability to work on own initiativeWillingness to learn and developDemonstrate a commercial awareness and understandingKnowledge of construction process and techniquesAttention to detail and strong work ethicIf you are energetic, self-motivated and enjoy team environment, have a passion for collaboration and professional development then we would love to talk to you.
