Business Development Manager

We are seeking a talented Business Development Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious professional to lead business growth and development through strategic sales initiatives.

The responsibilities of this role will include representing the company with respect to the promotion and selling of electronic security systems nationwide, establishing and maintaining positive business relationships, conducting site surveys and attending site meetings.

Main Objectives:

* Generate new business opportunities through effective sales strategies
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
* Conduct site visits to assess client needs and provide solutions
* Meet or exceed targets for new installations, maintenance and monitoring services
* Manage forecasting and reporting to ensure accuracy and efficiency
* Maintain a network of potential customer contracts and update CRM system accordingly
* Determine client needs and develop tailored sales strategies to meet their requirements

Requirements:

* Minimum 2 years experience in a successful sales role in security systems, maintenance and monitoring
* Excellent PC and MS Office skills
* Excellent communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills
* Full clean driving licence
