About the Role
Reporting to the Finance Lead, this position works with global teams to build, operationalise, optimise, and govern process transformation for Finance Operations.
Responsibilities
Finance Transformation Project Leader: Align project initiatives with company goals, provide insights to senior stakeholders, drive process insights and improvements, and leverage established frameworks and tools.
Strategic Thought Leader: Lead strategic planning, conduct cost/benefit analysis, assess risk, prioritise, and adapt to dynamic business environments.
Vendor/Supplier Management: Oversee Statements of Work, procurement, third-party deliverables, contract signing, and manage relationships with external vendors.
Execution Focused Delivery Leader: Lead project financial tracking, including budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and variance analysis.
Governance & Standardisation: Establish and enforce PMO processes, frameworks, templates, and best practices across the portfolio.
Resource & Capacity Planning: Manage capacity planning, team allocation, and cost tracking for project teams.
Analytics & Presentation: Develop analytics and presentation materials to provide senior management transparency on financial trends and impacts.
Lead initiatives from concept through execution as a thought leader and project manager to ensure successful and timely delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or a related discipline.
Significant experience in progressive accounting and/or finance.
Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, reporting and profitability analysis.
Extensive experience driving initiatives through to completion.
Effective written and oral communication skills, influencing skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams and management.
Strong knowledge of financial analytics and KPI metrics.
Strong quantitative and modelling skills.
