Technical Support Specialist II
Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Technical Support Engineer (TSE) to join our Dublin office. As a TSE, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide expert-level technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person;
* Triage and resolve complex technical issues using internal resources and external tools;
* Develop and maintain knowledge base articles on various technologies including operating systems, LANs & WANs, storage area networks,
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as engineering groups to address customer concerns;
* Craft detailed communications regarding complex technology topics ensuring they are concise yet comprehensive;
